'57 Plymouth 2 door in JY in BC
A friends junk yard is closing and new owners want the junk out.
They will crush everything in the place before April 15th
cool black1956 or 57 2 door Plymouth-- No engine or trans -
been sitting a long time still on wheels
cracked windshield usual rust
and covered in snow right now
parts or what ever
open to deal
it is too good to crush
In the sticks of British Columbia Canada
I could drag it to my place if somebody showed any interest
cheers
Hank

I did some snooping about the Plymouth we found the original owners family
and got the story.
Turns out to be a 1958 Plymouth Belevedere 2 door hardtop it came with a 313 cu in V-8 poly with push button automatic transmission. Built in Windsor Ontario Canada.
It was bought brand new by a young logger named Terry Pederson who drove it for a couple of years then was killed in a car crash with another young man after a drinking party. The car sat in the driveway of his folks place for many years.
The car was given to a family member who drove it into the early 70's. The Plymouth then traded hands many times until it made it to the junk yard in 1985.
This month we loaded it onto a trailer and brought it home. My grandson and I lubed the doors and windows. It looks like it would make a nice hot rod.
needs a lot of work but it sure looks good to us.
cheers

Looks like a start, and that engine bay will hold anything to include a BB Chrysler engines and HEMIs. I've still got a couple of sources for parts on the 57-8s if you need them.Last edited by Mike P; 03-31-2011 at 05:14 AM.
