Arkansas has issued less than 100 and they are being discontinued for lack of interest. If you get one you will be lucky. Those that have them plan to keep them. While street rod plates are nice you pay extra every year to run them. And in this state a car that is 25 years old can be registerd as "Historic" for a one time fee of about $25 and there are no restrictions on use.An Old California Rodder
