WTB crossram for 390-428 Ford
Looking for a crossram intake for an FE series Ford engine(332-428). would prefer an Edelbrock, but will consider all brands. Would even consider the Offenhauser cross ram intake adapters if priced decent. There's got to be some of you " old school" boys still sitting on one of these. Thanks, Snake.1970 Shelby

Snake, Duane Murphy, here in town has one. I don't remember which brand it is but it requires an extremely modified distrubitor. He is planning on using it on one of his many 427 FE's. But, like they always say, everything is for sale, How much you wanta to give? I can't speak for him. Although I do buy a lot of FE parts from him, I don't know what he's done with the manifold in the last year. I could check, when he gets back from his Harley ride out west to TJ, Mexico to Calgary, Canada and back. Let me know.Duane S

To: oldf100fordman, thanks for the response. If the manifold requires a special distributor adapter, it's a Mickey Thompson hi-ram. They generally bring 450.00+, depending on condition and whether they have the distributor adapter. If he's interested in selling , have him shoot me a price, and we can go from there.
