Question lockout assembly for 77 Chevy Luv

My father tinkers with cars and trucks and presently is working on a 77 Chevy Luv. He needs a lockout assembly for the left front wheel and has been unable to locate one for the truck. If anyone has an idea where we can find this part, please email me with the link. Thanks for the help. K

I am looking for a lockout assembly for a 77 Chevy Luv truck for my dad. If you have one or know where one can be located, please contact me. Thanks. This is for the left front if it makes any difference.

Wasn't the basic truck a Japanese make, with different bodywork? Maybe if you can identify it, you can find the part under the other brand name.

I do belive they would be the same as a Izuzu or mazda from the same year/ size. Ford couriers were Mazda's and most of the mini trucks were but because the small Izuzu is the same as an S10, that is why I said Izuzu
