I have seen a couple of different versions of the panel you are talking about. Do you have a panel, but it is in bad shape? My understanding is Chevrolet used some of the Master car parts to build the trucks. This might be dependent on what style truck you have, high or low cab.
Superior Glass Works has a glass part, they are located in Oregon. Part number - 36T09 Chevy $126.00 Front Splash Apron for "Chev 1936 Pickup (1/2 Ton, 1 1/2 Ton)"
This is the part we are always hitting on the front of our truck. This is one of the problems with lowered vehicles. I have thought about making a new one but haven't gotten there yet.

I have a high cab but I understand the grills and fenders are the same for both.
