    Chrome rear shocks wanted...

I am looking for a set of short chrome street rod shocks for the rear of my 48 chevy. They should be around 9" to 10" driving hieght, 12" to 14" extended. 4" to 6" clapsted (less if possible). They would also be twin eyelet mounting(top & Bottom). Contact me at westplainsmason@hotmail.com Thank you.

Brickman: Do they make them that short? The shortest ones I could find in Speedway were 7.5 compressed, 9 inch ride height, and 10.5 extended. If you think about it, a 4 inch shock could only extend to a max of 8 inches, (and not even that in the real world).

In any event, Speedway sells new ones for only $ 41.95 each new in chrome, and I think you will be hard pressed to find some on the used market much cheaper, if at all.

    Just a thought.
