Jake: I have a Posies Superslide front spring that came with a bunch of 46 parts I got from Paul in Atlanta. I won't be using that particular spring, and if you want it you can have it free. You've always been someone I like to chat with on here and other forums, and I'd love to give it to you.
Shipping would be a problem as it weighs a bunch and is long, but if you are going to Billetproof in March I can take it with me. Or if you can figure some way to get it to you sooner, just let me know.

Don that means a lot thanks, I will be going to Billetproof, I've got a long way to go before I need it, rust abatement, at least let me buy you lunch or an adult beverage, that's the least I can do.
Thanks again!

Cool, I'll take you up on a beer. It's in nice shape, used but it will blast up like new. The slider buttons are a little worn as I remember, but Posies sells them cheap. We will be bringing Dan's daily truck to BP, so we'll toss it in. Be sure to PM me right before BP so I remember............old age you know.
The shackles were homemade longer ones, so I tossed those when I took it apart. They are readily available though, I think even Speedway has em.
Ratty 46 treated me very well on the old parts from his 46, and although I am going to use all the other parts for the modified I plan on building, I will be using a different spring, so I am happy it will be going to you. Here is your spring in the middle of this heap.

Terrific! I'll be taking the Chevy II so I'll have plenty of room for it. I paid $200 for the axle set up, it's really in good shape and won't take a lot of work to use. I wrote a note on my calender to remind me to remind you.BUILD'EM, DRIVE'EM, BREAK'EM
