63 Chevy II parts
I am looking for any kind of 63 Chevy II parts that will fit my wagon. Anything such as new weatherstriping, patch panels for floors, fenders, etc, trim or anything of that sort. I'm always looking for parts for this car so let me know what you have that you are trying to sell.
Thanks!www.streamlineautocare.com

I assume from your post that you are looking at the secondary market, if so, I don't have any thing that you need. However, if you must break down and buy new, I get all my window gasket stuff from Steele Rubber. Top quality stuff. Got to be careful when buying old rubber stuff as it will rot and break. Had some given to me for my Olds and it did just that.Bob

Thanks for the warning here! Yes I am very worried on the weather striping and any rubber I buy for the vehicle because I remember when I was looking for it for my 66 F100 everyone said that most companies had very bad rubber that would rot and crack within a year!
I forgot about steele rubber.
Thanks for the suggestion!www.streamlineautocare.com

I am in need of front fenders and a rear tailgate especially. If anyone knows of any rear tailgates available for this please let me know. I sand blasted mine today to find that underneath was all rotted and not fixable...www.streamlineautocare.com

ssred67, thanks I will do so! I found a local guy here (45 minutes from me) in Gastonia selling a complete (with title) 63 Chevy II Wagon but it's a bit rought but he has an extra powered tailgate that is sitting inside the car. He said last time he checked which was a long time ago it was only surface rust and one hole at the bottom rusted through... I am going to take a look at it this weekend. He wants $150 for it and if it's in good shape I am snatching it up. If the outside needs some work that is ok because I can use my old one here for patches for the outside. It's just the very bottom where it folds around and then the jamb and inside part that is gone and would be a pain to make and weld in because of the bends and shape. Also the part under the tail lights are gone and jamb at bottom of tailgate but on the actual body where the weather stripping goes. I am hoping they make a patch panel for this like they do the 67's and up coupes or sedans...???www.streamlineautocare.com

Thanks, I will check back with team Nova again. I am a member at Steves Nova Site and posted an ad there, here, The HAMB and sent emails to a few people that said they had some parts. I am hoping to find some decent original non rusted fenders soon. I am trying to stay away from the aftermarkets if possible not only because of price but fitment.www.streamlineautocare.com
