454 block
does anyone have a 454 big block chevy block they are looking to sell reasonbly priced?

i just need a 454 block to make my 427 out of... i willing to spend 300-400 bucks on one

i can sell you one for 350. been hot tank and check for cracks can be deck bored and hone with plug s and cam bearing put in as well if you need that.i have a engine machine shop look at add in parts for sale on here . 454 mark 4. thats the block i have for 350.Last edited by pat mccarthy; 04-30-2009 at 03:37 PM.

yep hard to find a good 427 and 454s blocks are not to far behind i am just finshing up on a roller 427 i built using the 289 casting blockIrish Diplomacy ..the ability to tell someone to go to Hell ,,So that they will look forward to to the trip

was just curious but this guy out my way has a ton of big block chevy stuff heads and blocks mostly 427 chevys. His website I believe is vintagebigblocks.com
