69 Firebird to Chevy 350 Bowtie parts needed
I am in need of a person, place, back-yard, business name of someone in Minneapolis, MN so I can purchase the following parts for the completion of this 69 Firebird accepting the BOWTIE! I need a GM 1-wire alternater, 350 starter, 168 tooth 10 3/4 bolt spacing Flex-plate, longer Torque Converter bolts properly space everything up with the new Pontiac universal turbo 350, front yoke for the drivshaft to Pontiac universal tranny (don't have tranny untill morning so better to be prepared than sorry), Flex plate bolts for the bowtie, neoprene (prefer TCI) tranny mount. BOP/C universal mounts from 3-point Chevy to natural 69 Firebird mount. 350 pontiac came out. My bubby is getting evicted, prepaid me and flaked out on his responsabilities of parts grabbing. If I was out in Ohio yet I'd just raid a bubby's garage, but alas I'm now in Minneapolis and know only a few people. Hey Shadow, I will look through all my papers from when I lived in the Cities and see if I can find any of the old places I scavanged for parts. There are a lot of junkyards up north of the cities that has almost all the parts you need.
Also check out the Backyard Boggers, they used to hold a mud run every month and alot of them work in junkyyards and can help you find the parts.

There is also one just south of St Francis, on I think its hwy 47? The one just east of 169 up there. Its the road that takes you into the west side of St Francis west of the school. Also called St Francis Blvd I think.
Those are 2 I can remeber I went to, of the top of my head.
