Looking for a tri power intake with either rebuilt carbs or not for a 235 chevy inline engine.

I made one of those back in H/S by cutting holes in intake and welding flanges on for carbs. Only problem we had was my dad didn't care for it. I did it on his car that he needed for work

The 53 -55 corvette had 3 side draft carter carbs on the 6 cylinder Corvettes. This would be an interesting installation if you could find the parts and if it fits on your inline engine. I had the setup as a teen ager and sold it for $15 when I needed money.

Your right, that would be a neat set up, but if I could find the right intake for the 53,54 vette, I woule have to find the same for a complet engine as I love those old vettes.

There is a 2 carb setup on the HAMB right now, here is the ad:

I know it isn't exactly what you wanted, but it looks pretty cool.

Speedway lists a couple of three carb offy manifolds, but they're not cheap...235 Chevy Triple Carb Intake - Speedway Motors, America's Oldest Speed Shop

I realize that you may not want to mess with it, or you would like the flash of a cast aluminum setup, but if you have moderate fabricating skills, they are not hard to make. Three flanges made to fit the intake/exhaust layout, turned up stubs, and a balance tube welded between them, or a log or rectangular shaped plenum on top with the carb flanges , and a block off plate for the heat riser on the stock exhaust, or a set of headers without the riser. I've seen a few, and helped a guy in high school make one for Jimmy "back in the day".

Should have posted sooner, but went with a 4 barrel carb(390CFM Holley). Worked out great. Thanks Bart
