47 Pontiac Hood Piece
LOOKING FOR 47 PONTIAC CHROME HOOD STRIP...

What does it look like ?
I saw an old Pontiac in a wrecking yard and it still had the chrome strip up the hood. I did manage to get the Indian head hood ornament.

Is it for a six or eight cyl as I think the hoods are longer if it came with a eight,a local junkyard has a 47 with a 6 and a 48 with a 8.

Thanks for the reply, My hood is off of a 1947 pontiac with an 8 cyl, It has 5 ribbs and is 61 1/4 inchs long in the center.....
