try boyd coddington himself , that american hot rod show he's got on discovery channel had a alumitub roadster he built and guess what he's got a cnc machine so he can make any wheel you want

Yeah Streets is right... Did he add that the guy running the CNC may break his cutting tool on making them? haha. But yeah you would have to go to their site and get their number and call them if that's what you wan't. You will be paying TONS of money for something like that to specially be made and especially from that Boyd guy just for the name like Streets said.www.streamlineautocare.com
If you wan't something done right, then you have to do it yourself!

check you prices , you can buy them direct off his web site .
boyds cast smoothy wheel is actually a cheap wheel ( because they are NOT a true billett cnc'ed wheel . and they are not as high as you think , i bought a set of 20and18s for 1800.00 and 350 of that was for a rush order .
they will help you get the offset you need to fit the car , just be prepaired to wait it takes them forever to make wheels . ( too much tv time in the way )yes i drove ,the trailer didnot drive it's self
