Looking for parts STOLEN off of a 1971 GS

Mods and Admins, please don't delete

These parts are VERY much wanted

A member of my Buick club had his cherry 1971 GS stolen a little while ago, along with his trailer and tools, while on vacation

The car was actually located abandoned, minus the hood and drivetrain. The car suffered damage but nothing too severe; the car will breathe fire once again without the original engine or hopefully with it

What is funny is that of all the things stolen, none were really 'rare' parts. like the grille wasn't stolen, and they are like hen's teeth. Just performance, go fast, sexy stuff

With the hood gone as well as the drivetrain, i suspect the hood, engine, tranny, and rear with suspension simply got bolted into somebody's 1970 to 1972 GS or Skylark.

BUT- if anyone sees Buick performance stuff for sale that seems fishy, please tell me about it or better yet, check out this thread from my club website and contact the owner. Or if the local shady hot rodder suddenly has a Skylark or GS that turns low 10s in the quarter mile for no good reason, please do the same

Any help is appreciated, thanks for your time

Check Ebay for suspiciouse parts, lots of parts are ripped off there, they go for low prices too, just check for anything fishy. Where was the car stolen from? Only place I know of myself in NY is a chop shop near kingston.
