The point is the guy with the money decided what went where and how. The guys with the specific skills, built their parts for it. In the end, Denis one of the car shop owners said, it's the type of stuff we die to build, but just can't afford to pay the cost of the project, so if it wasn't for the owner funding it, they never would of had the chance to build it.
