Well the cab is a roller!
I didn't know how to handle the pickup cab after I got the back "clip" cut off of it so this is what I came up with. I didn't even bolt the casters on, just used piano wire. Should be plenty good to wheel around the shop until I need to set it down on the frame. The second photo is the frame mocked up for welding. I overlapped top and bottom 10 inches so I have a lot to weld to. I used two frames so I ended up only taking 3-4 inches out of the wheel base. I will have to set it up on its edge to weld it so I can weld on the horizontal. I am not sure how I am going to hold everything yet. I am bolting the top and bottom together so that should hold it pretty good until I get it welded.

Looks like you are making some real progress. Smart idea the body cart, especially when you are trying to move this stuff around on your own, or with just the Mrs. to help.
Once that frame is joined together it will really start to move along. Keep the momentum going, you're doing good.
