Thread: 39 Chevy Sedan!!

I built a 39 chevy 2 door sedan and have no idea what it is. It's too nice to be a Rat Rod and too trashey to be a street Rod. I installed a 350 chevy with a turbo 350 tranny and a mustang II frontednd, not my first choice in parts but thats what I dug out of the junk yard. No fancy paint, lots of primer spots of all colors what ever rattle can was on sale at the time. Chrome wheels pulled from the local landfill and interior from an old smashed Ford Granada. This car is very dependable and built very safe but built from junk yard parts so It has an idenity problem. Is it a Rat Rod or a Street Rod or what!!! I read a thread where a fella says who cares what it's called as long as your proud of it, my question is where will my car fit into the scheme of things when someone asks what is it cause it is not allowed in competition at the car shows. I wish I could figure out how to send pictures but at the moment I have only figured out how to sent then via e-mail.
