I recieved an awesome gift

So while hanging out at my favorite junkyard i looked over and spotted this old looking box in the corner and asked about it and my buddy (owner) says you want that old tool box? I said sure how much? He says ill give it to you for what i got in it. I said whats that, he says Nothin' so in a mad dash i grabbed the 35lb box and rushed home excited as a school boy in a candy store.

This beauty will recieve a bracket on the back of sally for it to stay as it is.

Any ideas on what year or what its worth im guessing its pre 1950s
