    Don't know what state it is either, similar to what skull says, in Texas if registered as a classic, we run only a rear plate and no inspection is required. It's legal to drive to shows, club meetings, etc. I've never figured out the "logic" here if it's going to be on the streets/highways, but I'm sure there is a "good "reason.

    This is one of those projects that probably started out when somebody said, "Wouldn't it be cool if..."

    I hope the guy didn't spend too much time or money on it, because it's pretty worthless. I'd bet it sure attracts attention, though.
