If he has to pay taxes on the weight of the vehical, it might be costly.
And the fully loaded cap weight might be a little bit more then a regular passanger car.
I wonder if it still has training wheels???

I liked the comment about a "collector" car. I wondered if he really meant "trash collector" car?
It seems to be missing fenders and such...but you left it out overnight in a high crime area, maybe somebody will leave you some body parts! {:-o
Would the guy sitting in it be a "dumpster d(r)iver"?
A guy would have to be "trashed" to be seen in that!
