1931' Chevy Tub - WasItARatISaw??
My 1931 Chevrolet Tub..
Well it started out that way.. A Rat I mean.. But as Old Skool Parts get harder and harder to FIND I improvised as I went along.. Basically making the newer stuff look OLD.. How? Well your 46 Video's away from finding out..
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_9Rj0...x=0&playnext=1
Click that sit back and WATCH.. no more clicking needed.. It will run each Video in order.. Sorry IF I burn up your night..
So It's up to YOU!.. Is it still a Rat? - Return after you have seen all the Video's and post what you think.. or say HELLO there if you like..
I'm not NEW to the board.. Just haven't been here in 5 years or so..

OK let's see...
Pic's you say.. Gotcha!
As found... 2001 - My middle Son Casey was 9 in this picture..
2010 Going together after 9 years of parts collecting and making things "one at a time"... Total $2,300 over 9 Years.. ($255 a year) 35' Truck Grill chopped a good 6" inches.. and re-formed by me.. 41' Buick Radiator, OEM 10" Headlights on a Chopped OEM Bar that now mounts to the Frame.. under the dash is a 90-Degree power brake Booster setup and inside the Frame-Rails both front and Rear is Airbags.. Can you see them?
Older picture but when together it looks like this:
The Rear Axle (not in this pic) is now a Ford Explorer 8.8 with 3:55 Gears and what they call "Traction Lock" a sort of Limited Slip.. I got TWO rear Axles for $100 bucks.. We just tacked-in the 4-Link the other day.. Those rear lights have since been Frenched in..
The Video's tell more..Last edited by berkelusa; 06-01-2010 at 10:15 PM.

Roadster look.. More than likely a Soft Top in ODG Canvas - The Paint Scheme talked about later in the Video's explains that..
The original Roofline front to rear was extreme rotted Junk as was the Rockers... The only part of the original Frame used was 10" of the front and 6" of the back.. Everything in-between is all new 2"x 5" slotted at the front and shaped to the what original Frame was..
