I generally am turned off by the term "Rat Rod", but that looks like a nicely built truck. I like the grille, too! Not sure what you mean by "rat rod wheels & tires" - the steelies you have now are period correct, and fit the "look" very well, IMO. Maybe a different color on the wheels??
