Does anyone know a trick for making the sin visors on a 1967 Ford Fairlane 500 stay in the up position against the head liner. Mine continually vibrates down in front of my face. I hate to pay $80 for a new set. Fix anyone?

No screw, just molded around the metal rod. The straw spunds like a good idea, I'll try it. Thanks

Thanks for the great ideas.

The straw idea worked great. Unfortunately the shrink tubing was too thick and tended to peal off as the visor was slid onto the arm.
