What front brake drums will fit a 52 Ford p/u
I've got a stock front axle and spindles on a 52 Ford pick-up. The last owner put a set of 5x4 1/2, mismatched brake drums on it. I'd like to go back to the original 5x5 1/2 brake drums. Since there are no more 48-52 Fords in my area, what year/model will fit my 52...Also, the drum on there now is an 11" diameter, do I need to change the backing plate?
Next year I plan to do disc brake kits from CCP.52 Ford F-1, 327 Chevy, S-10 frame
