For what they cost, i'd just buy new ones and be done with it...but this is of course just my opinion. I was just looking at the link below for things such as the rubber pad thing that goes between the outside doorhandle, and they are $3 for both. Radiator pads are like $2.75, and the rubber "stoppers" for the door are $3 each. For next to nothing, you can have it shipped to your house in a few days, pre-cut, pre-made, and ready to go. Probably cheaper than a couple pairs of holepunches. If they were not available, it would be time to get creative, but not when they are so cheap and accessable.
