Try autolock. They make some small latches.

Ok found the bear claw latches and going to order some probably tonight or tommorow. Question though for Dave or anyone else that has used them on glass doors, should I get the small or large latches? they are both the same price but just didnt know if I'd be better off with which size or does it even really matter?

I have the large (double claw) in my '34. I suspect either would work. I'd call their tech line.

My doors weigh no more than about 7-8 pounds each. Thats kinda the reason I was wondering is I should go with the small rather then the large, but I found the same thing you did Denny where they say the small is simply for confined areas. Since the I have pleanty of room in the door I guess I dont really "need to fo with the small.

Where did you see the medium I only found small and large so far. Tryin to decide if I want to get them from ebay or from one of the online places. i found the small&large on ebay for $43 shipped so that would be about $10 cheaper than any of the other online places I've found...but the Shop on ebay's feedback has me a tad worried

Thanks a bunch Denny , I just bought the ones that you found in that last link. Their feedback was much better than the shops that I found earlier today, hopefully they will be here by next weekend and I can finally get the glass doors finished and then get my one piece front and hood finish fitted after that.

Thanks everyone for all the help.

I believe Bear Claw is the trade name for AutoLoc latches. AutoLoc latches, Zirgo fans and Keep It Clean Wiring are all a part of the Hoffman Group.
