    1983 Ford E-150 9"

Does anyone know if an '83 E150 utility van has a limited slip rear end? And if so, would it bolt into a 1957 housing? I think the axles on both are 28 spline. Thanks in advance.

Get the info off the tag on the differential, it is a thin metal peice on one of the studs holding the center section in place. Or, jack up the rear end, see if both wheels turn the same direction when you spin them by hand.
