    Mopar 8 3/4 center section

Can anyone give me a place to look on the net for some tips on rebuilding a 489 case. I'm putting a new set of gears in an empty case. I have a rebuild kit with pinion and differential bearings, gaskets and seals, crush sleeve and sealant. I have a magnetic base dial indicator and I'm guessing I have or have access to all necessary tools. I'm just a little uneducated in the fine touches on setting the pinion depth.
I found this if anyone else is interested.
