Question rat rod tip for 63 Ford Galaxie?

    Hey
    I have a question about a 1963 Ford Galaxie.
I already have a few Ideas but would like some other input.
I am looking for a inexpensive and quick way to raise/ lift my Galaxie.
To give it that retro race car look. where the front is higher than the back.
I think, I might have to raise it 6inches in the front 4inches in the rear.
    Hey
Does anyone know the height of the older cars?
    Thanks.

It's your car, and you can do anything you want to it of course. Raising the front 6" and the rear 4" is guaranteed to give you one very ill handling Galaxie!!! Oh yeah, with springs and shocks stiff enough to give it that much lift, the ride is gonna be about the same as no suspension at all.

Learning must be difficult for those who already know it all!!!!

I would have to agree. You could always put it on a 1 ton truck frame, that would give you the lift and probably a better ride.
