6 lug to 5 lug wheels

This is my first post here. I've got a 1959 Chevrolet Apache with a 283 and the stock six-lug wheels. Since this six-lug design eliminates many of the classic 5-lug designs (cragar SS, torq-thrust, etc.), I am considering changing them, but don't know what all needs to be changed to make the switch to a 5-lug setup. I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks!

    6 to 5 ;ug wheels

Whaddya gonna do with the truck?Stock or rod? How are the brakes now? You have a number of choices from dirt cheap to very expensive. Dirt cheap: re drill the wheels for a 5-lug pattern.Done. Expensive: put front discs on and buy the 5-lug kit. Then drill the rear axles for 5 lug. Your choice, all based on how deep yer pockets are...God luck
