    I am not sure how to go about the bench bleeding part..??

    Well you will need the mc off the vehicle or the lines out. You need fittings to go in where the lines go into the mc. Get the fittings, fill the mc up with fluid, put hoses from those fittings INTO the parts on the top of the mc where the fluid goes in and keep the hoses submerged in fluid. Then get a screwdriver and push the little pistons inside for a while to get the air out. Sorry if that's hard to explain. Oh and if you do the screw driver method then you have to have the master cylinder off but I guess you can get two people and have one person just push the brake pedal inside.
