    Holley pressure regulator help

Alright i need a bit of help adjusting it. I assummed that you take off the thin nut and use an al-wrench to turn that valve stem to adjust it. Now my question is which way to turn for kind of result and do these come with a universal preset and if so what is it. This is a reg 4.5 psi to 9psi holley regulator

Do you have a pressure gauge on it??? If I recall correctly, they come preset at 4-5 psi. Put a gauge either in the line or on the extra port of the regulator and set it.
