Buck, from experience, I'd suggest cutting anything on the car except the firewall. That has always turned into a big can of worms for me. I wouldn't have a problem clearancing for the hemi with a BFH in a place or two, but I wouldn't cut it. There will be plenty of room, just keep moving it around in the engine bay. You can move the motor to the passenger side of the bay for steering clearance, just keep the crankshaft centerline parallel with the centerline of the car.PLANET EARTH, INSANE ASYLUM FOR THE UNIVERSE.
