    ? Puller? What?

     



    What is the Tool to take the Thing off in Front of the Timing chain Cover? i thought it was a gear puller. but that Wont work what is it called?

    harmonic balancer puller. Look around some are balancer/steering wheel puller. I didn't get both I got just the one and then needed the other and couldn't do it. So now I have two

    I got a cheapie from autozone and spent like 12 bucks, I don't know what the exchange rate is

    hey camarocanada. If you have a local partssource store, they usually have a harmonic balancer puller on their lend a tool program.

    Helpfull Hint, make sure you don't " bugger up" the threads on the crankshaft whe you use the puller. I have had to helicoil quite a few of them for friends , not that I would ever make that mistake. Carlg

    You need a tool to reinstall it also . . . and the tool IS NOT a hammer.
