    Late model oil dipstick

Alright, Long story short, I need an oil tube and dipstick for my 94sbc , out of a pickup , this is now in my 91 camaro. I can not get one from a parts store cause its to new. I gave a set of casting numbers to a parts guy at the dealer and still have nothing. I have recieved a stick twice, didn't work , i need the tube as well, mine is not in good shape and the car didn't have a stick when I bought it....What I need is a passenger side tube and stick, they are much longer than early model blocks. Does anyone know how specific I need to be with numbers while trying to replace this, or will a stick made for the general year of the block(94) and out of a pickup work. How many varieties are there, driver side VS pass side, or is it more than that..., I need to do something, having no stick is like driving blind......

    Thanks a bunch guys............pUP

Don't know if this will work for you or not. I saw this on eBay.
