Basically it depends on how far you are wanting to go into a project, keep in mind that you can replace basically anything on a truck its just a matter of finding it first. And how far as power wise you want to go; streeting or strip. As far as body parts, most of them you can get reproduction out of classic parts catalogs. Parts like cab corners, floor pans, door pannels and frames. Basically alot of the parts that commonly need to be replaced on a truck that old that are eaten by cancer. But they also have fenders, hoods, tailgates and all sorts of stuff to rebuild your truck.

Check This Site Out For Catalogs

Hope you find what you are looking for.

About the only thing you might have difficulty getting is a cab, and windshield and wraparound back window glass; and, the glass may be available as reproduction, now. Fenders, hood, bed parts and tailgates are available in both fiberglass and steel, as well as many patch panels for the cab corners, floors, step boxes, and rocker panels. Repro rubber parts are readily available, as well as a lot of other stuff. These are very popular body styles, so there is a tremendous market for parts, either for a classic restoration, or a resto-rod project. Check out the ads in Classic Trucks, and Custom Classic Truck magazines; also, CPP, Golden State, Brothers, and many others online. As far as power and drivetrain goes - well, "anything goes" .
