Yes, there are several choices, none of them inexpensive if you need to do a 4L60/4L65/4L80/4L85
GM makes one. The best info is at Sallee Chevrolet's web site.
TCI makes a very similar one.
If you have a 700R, the control is mucho cheaper and available from B&M among others.

here's another site that has one
http://www.transmissioncenter.net/4L60E.htm
I need to buy one for our 4L65E so I would be interested in hearing what you find. All that I have found so far are pricey. The trans setting is something that you initally set up, find a setting you like, and then never adjust again until something screws up.......
For the aftermarket fuel injection controllers, only Big Stuff has trans control built into it. We are using a Mercury Marine computer so we gotta have a separate trans control....ugh.
By the way, you need a throttle position sensor for the trans controller and a digital speed input. Chevy has three (I think) pulse formats (pulses per revolution). As I remember, the web sit above sells pulse generators if your trans doesnt have one......
You should verify that the controller you choose has a selectable pulse rate so you can use your generator.....they all probably are software selectable.
