Got a truck! now I need help!

I am ready to tow home a 1967 c 10 step side with a small rear window, wood bed is gone, the sides and fenders can use some bangin, I will need a new tail gate, The frame has a ton of surface rust but appears sound, the cab mounts look ok, the rockers? area under the doors are gone as is the inside bottom of the doors as well, the inner fenders need some rust relief hood and front fenders are not too bad either,

it comes with many HP parts ( new in box headers, Intake Edlebrock and HP heads tfrom a 383 engine that had a cracked block the HP parts are worth the asking price I am just wondering if this is too much work ( welding in all the rusted areas,, cab does not look bad or all cancersed up,

let me hear what ya think

Doesn't sound too bad at all from your description,,,the wooden slats in the bed should be replaced with some oak if you can get it cheap enough,,or acashia wood( doesn't rot) the door panels you can get aftermarket patch panels for,,as well as the cab corners, and the floors.
    Good luck with it.
