Take a look at the Vintage look gauges that VDO puts out, good quality and not too terribly high on the price.

Dave, generally speaking, if you follow the old saying about "you get what you pay for" you'll be o.k. Avoid cheap gauges and offshore crap. Stick with the nationally advertised brands that have been around for a while. VDO, Autometer, GM Performance, Ford Racing, etc.

I just got my latest Scogin-Dickey Chevrolet catalog and they have a very nice selection of gauges (6 pages of 'em). Order a catalog online at www.sdpc2000.com

What Techinspector said. Also, I believe the Ford SVO gauges are made by Autometer as well, at least that's what mine says inside the bezel...

Autometer makes some nice old-timey gauges.

Next to VDO, Stewart Warner has one of the widest selections out there & may have a package setup that will drop right into your dash.

Haneline is a bit more expensive but make some outstanding parts for custom applications as well.
I dig ALL cars, old & new, whether they were hammered out of american iron, German steel, or Japanese tin cans. Being unable to appreciate them all is missing out on a world of great things.

    But thats just my opinion.
