Air Ride
My first question posted here.
Tommorrow I'm gong to start putting Air Ride on my 84 GMC. The front will use new upper and lower controlarms. On the rear I will use a four link. I plan to set ride height the way the truck sits now. The truck has a 51/2" front and 5" rear drop. My question is how many people have air ride and use it daily. I was told to deflate the bags when using a chassis lift. I see this as the only real problem. I have asked around and nobody really wants to deal with a bagged truck when doing alignments. So how do I get it aligned?
Thanks in advance for any help.

As far as the lift goes just make sure the shocks are short enough that they won't over extend the bags when you lift it
The front should be no problem as the A-frame will hit the stops before the bag is over extended
As for alignment I ended up doing my own......

Thanks. My nieghbor that builds racing carts said he would help me with the alignment. I just bought new tires and don't want them torn up.
