Lead East
Went to Lead East past weekend .
It was one of the best in a long time .
The weather was perfect. Due to the high gass prices , not much cruising went on .
If any one on the board was there, did you have a good time?
Here is a link with pictures of the event.

I was in teh A Lot . I was suppose to be in B but on Friday I saw an empty spot and upgraded to teh A . It was by my Car club. We had two Spots . I remember the 65 and the 66 convertible because 66 & 67 Chevelles are my favorite. . I just made the cutoff with my car so I brought it . It's a black Nova with an L88 hood. One of our guys Literally finished his car Thursday Night. He had a 39 Chevy 4dr with a tunnelram, no fenders and the Cheeta slicks on the back. We had about 8 cars there. I heard they Had so many cars on Saturday that they had to turn people away by 11:30 because teh B lot was filled. As you said .. the weather was perfect.Djanova

The name of the club is the Blacktop Cruisers. We were next to the Meadowlands Streetrods who were the Guys Fixing Cars.
No My car isn't for sale. Two guys in the A lot are in my club that were for sale were th edark red 67 Chevelleand orange 69 Camaro. The Black Nova that was for sale was a 66 or 67.
Paul. What page is your 54 on.
My friend had one of the nicest cars there . It was the red 37 Ford convertible with Prowler headlights.Last edited by David; 09-12-2005 at 01:43 PM.

I run into some of those guys at teh local cruise on Tuesday nights. Your club is great . I feel bad that some of your guys are breaking their buts fixing cars throughout the day .Djanova
Sorry for your loss of friend Mike McGee, Shine. Great trans men are few and far between, it seems. Sadly, Mike Frade was only 66 and had been talking about retirement for ten years that I know...
