Here is another online site for the 700r4 .

    http://www.700r4.com/

They have a fair amount of information to help you understand what they are doing and why. The higher stages handle 630hp/torque.

Best part is all the information and other parts needed to hook it up are avialable on the site.

I have yet to buy anything from them but was thinking of getting a Level 3 to go behind the 500 cadillac going in my 85 caprice. Still haven't checked with local shops yet, and I went back to college again so I don't have the money anyway.

General Motors! Try TCI or B&M for rebuilt street rod transmissions.

    700 Tranny

hey I gotta go with ARod on this one. GM's 700 Tranny is the way to go, and I would try looking at(and i'm gonna get killed for saying this probably) Summit Racing Catalogs, they keep them in stock, they're reasonably priced, and unless you order on saturday, they are shipped out the next day. Plus if anything is wrong with it, when you get it, they'll take it back and replace it, FREE(minus S/H of course). I've orders countless $'s of parts and materials from Summit, and I've never been disappointed once. Also try Scroggins-Dickey. They're pretty good too.

    Good luck
I hate Trailer Queens. If I can't drive it, I dont wanna own it. Having a car you can't drive, is like having a wife you can't have sex with.....pointless!!!
