    Chip Foose Chip Foose

Anybody know where I can get a look at the sketch that Foose did for the show "Rides" for the Year One/Unique performance 69 camaro? I've been trying to find it online all day, literally about 4 1/2 hours, and I haven't found hide nor hair of it. Any help would be appreciated. I just wanna see it.

I just don't see $179K in any camaro or Ferrari for that matter. Boy, ole Chip saw 'em coming didn't he? I guess I'm, in the wrong business. Maybe I'll start selling buckets of manure for $500 each and tell the rich they can use it as a facial cleanser.....you know...the bucket of youth. Then Chip and I will be in the same business!

Is it totally from the ground up? or is is taking an existing Camaro and doing a lot of work to it?

From that engine photo shot in the article the firewall and cowl look very stock, as well as the fender braces. The heater/AC controls are stock looking too. I also think they are the controls for the non-AC version too.

Ahhh, OK, after reading that article again there was one word I overlooked, rebuilt.
And so Foose and Unique have joined forces to create
limited edition turn-key 1969 Camaros, essentially “new”
musclecars rebuilt from the ground up with the latest
    suspension pieces and crate engines.

    Difference between $500 and $700

To answer your question robot, I guess the difference would be our limited addition bucket of crap. You know, the one with the shiny bucket and a "Special Limited Edition" sticker on it. Then, of course, we have the import, or economy, model with the plastic bucket made in China. It has a crappy little handle that is programmed to break about the second time you try to lift it. This way you end up with crap in your Chinese made sneakers. We'll be glad to "build" you one. We need 100% up front and we'll make delivery whenever we want. How's that sound?

    Alrighty then...

Well, I got a lot of answers, some that had absolutely nothing to do with Chip Foose's Camaro. But, nevertheless, funny as heck. I particularly like the Limited Edition Bucket O' Crap.......I'll help design the sticker if you guys want..........hahaha.
But thanks, I got a look at the design(sketch) and the car, and I agree with everybody, I don't know a SINGLE camaro in the world that I would give 165K for or put a 165k into.....maybe that's just me and my frame of mind called..........LOGIC. Who knows...
