    when i work at the boat yard .someone at mec marine. put oil filters on so tigth that some times we had to pull the engines out of the boats to get oil filters off. no bs i got so damn mad i thru my oil filter wrench in the river . try this get the can off the filter and the drain holes use two puches in the holes and a small pry bar to brake it loose if the can is still on use a big pair of channelloks
