Thread: Which Doors do I Have ??

I talked to a couple of suppliers recently, looking for door latch and window mechanism parts, and it looks like my toy is a real oddball. One of the suppliers, who I sent pics to thought it might have the back doors off a 4 door. Is that possible ?? Today I went to a big classic/hotrod car show in Loma Linda, CA, and looked at several '29 & '30 Model A's. The door latch mechanism is totally different. Mine does NOT have the notch below the latch for the dovetail, and does NOT have the rubber pad at the bottom of the door. Mine has a large cutout with rolled edges above the latch, which the cars I looked at today don't have. They all have straight outside door handles with locks, while mine has scroll door handles without locks. The door fits pretty well, and everything lines up, but...........?? Any idea what I've got here ?? Let's see if the picture prints with this............
