USE this tip! Use the Carbide milling bit with FOUR tips at the end, not TWO teeth. I don't know what you call em but I call them teeth or tips. It will eat right through those bolts. Get you some HEAVY DUTY Lubricate and spray the crap out of the bolts first, let it sit and then get a punch or something and TAP the bolt a few times with a hammer. If they are all stripped already then the carbide milling bit will get those suckers out of there easily and won't break like your HSS drill bits.
