Should I run the tallest tire I can find ,Street/strip?
Building a 65 chevy truck for 1/8 drag racing.Thanks

use the right tire for the right set of gears. if your gonna run extremely tall tires, your gonna need an extremely tall set of gears. the bigger the tire, the higher the final drive ratio so if you got a set of high gears, than a smaller tire will do best. go here to calculate your rear gear needs http://www.csgnetwork.com/gearratcalc.htmlYou don't know what you've got til it's gone
