    Body dimensions

     



    Can anybody tell me were I can find the body dimensions for a 1930 ford 5-window coupe?

    30 Ford coupe body demensions: Width of body at rear..44 inches. Width of body at widest point ....51 inches. Width of body at cowl or firewall area ...34 inches. Height 48 inches. Length from front of grill shell to rear is ...120 inches.

    Another way to get fairly accurate measurements for ANY portion of a model A body (or others as well) is to buy a plastic model (Revell, etc) and then use your calipers or a very precise rule to get the measurements...then just multiply by whatever the scale the model maker used (usually 1/24 or 1/25).

    Very nice rod.
    I'm planning a channeled 30 5 window. see the attached picture to go along with the other 5 window.
