Im pushing for 500 ,600 hp on nitrous,400 on straight motor. So I'd say 2 1/2 to 3". Also I was reading that the x cross will help cancel out some of the exhaust(helping keep it quite),and of course it will help performance also.I would like to run tails(flames out the back wouold be nice ) ,but my suspesion is lowered so It might have to exit under the truck right in front of the rear end.I think if I can get out back ,it would be a little quiter also. Thanks

Another question, where would the best location for the electric openers be?Would it be at the end of the header,or behind the x member? Thanks
Now thinking about it I think it needs to be behind the x member.

Super Trapp makes an end muffler that you add disc to adjust whatever sound you want either loud or soft. I use them on my 37 and they work great.
Keep smiling, it only hurts when you think it does!
