Good one Don. For me this one is easy. '40 Ford deluxe coupe, with the '39 deluxe right behind it.

    I have a soft spot for a 1933-34 Buick 3 windw coupe, or a 1937 Lincoln Zephyr V-12

Hi Guys, My favorite has to be the 37 Ford coupe, There is just something about those tear drop headlights... Can anybody tell me what the difference is between a 67 2+2 FASTBACK and a GT FASTBACK is? Which holds their value, has more HP parts? R.W.

I would have to say the 34/35 Buick, for right now. Next year it would probably be something else in the 34 35 era.

Naturally, it has got to be the current project in the shop. Of course that will change soon as the next project comes in !!! Gads, I sure am fickle !!!!

I have always liked the '39, '40 Ford. Coupes, Sedans second. Also, I like the looks of the "high top" '26 Ford T.

im not much on street rods..guess im just not old enough yet, i gotta have somethin in the late 60's, early 70's sportin a bowtie on the neck and when i drop the clutch at a good 8-9k will squat and leave a 2nd gear patch of a good 20 ft. cant beat the sound of an original rat powered muscle car breathin through 3 1/2" exhaust kicked out the sides behind the tire, and ya gotta love sittin at a redlight with the whole car rockin back and forth (from the idle) by the way...i do like fat-tire '32 deuces

wow..this is really turnin me on. lol

    Iroc,
Here's a rat powered street rod that might help you change your mind about those muscle cars.... I like muscle cars too, but you got to LOVE a nice street rod

    Dan J

    BTW, don't confuse a Rat-Powered-Rod with a Rat-Rod

your right Dan J, that is one bangin-ass car...but i would much rather roll down main street with a factory muscle car (dont get me wrong, i would take most street rod over my '69 nova mostly just for braggin rights...but nothin spells 'fucked' like a cop writin out a triple digit speedin ticket while hes tryin to figure out how she hit that number runnin on red line tires

    Hey IROC,

I don't want to sound too much like your school teacher or a prude, but there are many more effective ways of getting your point across without resorting to gutter language. If you notice, there is very little vulgar talk on this forum. That's because most people who come here "respect" the forum like any public gathering.

A gentleman I used to work for admonished me for my use of too many four letter words, and advised me that it was only proving to others that I had not become familiar enough with the dictionary to accurately get my point across… (i.e. I was only looking stupid to others).

    Enough of my lecture...

    Dan J
